Paula Seymour is an Associate Professor of Business Administration and Program Director for Social Entrepreneurship at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. Her work centers on developing socially and environmentally conscious business leaders who champion regenerative practices and embrace the circular economy. Rooted in triple bottom line principles, Paula's approach integrates sustainability across economic, social, and ecological systems.

As steward of the Hazel Henderson Center for Sustainability and Social Entrepreneurship, Paula carries forward Hazel's visionary legacy by embedding values-based economics, systems thinking, and planetary ethics into her teaching and research. Her educational philosophy bridges the gap between business and spirituality, empowering students to cultivate consciousness, compassion, and innovation as tools for driving systemic change.

Paula holds a B.A. in Business Administration, dual M.A. degrees in International Business Administration and Women, Gender, Spirituality, and Social Justice, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Religion with a specialization in Women's Spirituality. Her research explores gender and spirituality, workplace justice, enterprise stacking, nature governance, and regenerative economic models inspired by living systems.

Through her courses and leadership, Paula mentors students in building mission-driven ventures, collaborates across disciplines, and remains committed to reshaping how we measure, teach, and embody economies that serve both people and planet.
