Andi Graham is the founder and CEO of Big Sea, a fully distributed digital marketing agency she founded in 2005 serving nonprofits, museums, healthcare organizations, and other mission-driven institutions across the country. With a background in advertising and a Master's in Strategic Communication from USF (where her research focused on digital communication and brand messaging), Andi has spent two decades at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and technology. She has played every role in a digital agency, from designer to developer to content strategist, and now leads a team of 30ish experts delivering growth strategy, web development, and digital marketing to purpose-driven organizations. As a Certified B Corporation and woman- and minority-owned business, Big Sea is itself a values-led enterprise, built on the belief that good marketing in service of good missions creates measurable change in communities.
